These terms and conditions govern the use of the uubuzz platform (uubuzz.fun) and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When changes occur, uubuzz will notify users by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Each bonus has a separate Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 20x to 40x
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the WR is completed
• Bonus offers that are not used before their expiry date will be cancelled
• A second bonus generally cannot be claimed while another is still active
• Uubuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Winnings from a bonus will only be transferred to your real balance once the WR is completed.

All games on uubuzz use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, certified by independent third parties. This means every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

Uubuzz may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• If clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If suspicious transactions or indications of money laundering are detected
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. If a valid balance remains in a self-closed account, you will be given the option to withdraw it.

Uubuzz is not liable for:

• Games or bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure
• Account compromise or password theft due to user negligence
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors
• Uubuzz is not liable if online gaming is prohibited under the laws of a user's home country

Compensation for technical errors on the uubuzz platform is limited to the value of the specific transaction affected.
